搜航网获悉，尼日利亚最大港口拉各斯（Lagos）港口近来延误严重，船公司提醒货物到港后将面临超过了一个月的延误！

　　据悉，在拉各斯（Lagos）港的APM及TICT码头拥堵尤为严重，其中TICT码头的等待时间超过了20天，而APM码头的延误甚至超过了30天的延误。

　　拉各斯及周边港口持续的严重船期延误，迫使班轮公司不得不向该地区增派更多的船只。

　　船公司赫伯罗特Hapag-Lloyd近日在一份公告中透露，由于拥堵和延误其在该地区的MWX服务将增加两艘船，以减少负面影响。现在，赫伯罗特正在该地区总共部署7艘集装箱船。

　　此外，赫伯罗特还会定期评估Apapa对其MIAX服务的影响。如有跳港，则将货物从TICT码头（Tincan Island）卸下运抵KCT，并在那里处理Apapa货物的清关。

“Waiting times at APMT (Apapa) and TICT (Tincan) continue to exceed 30 and 20 days, respectively.To reduce the negative impact on our customers and their supply chains, we have added two additional ships to the MWX service, making it a total of seven deployed vessels.This will enable us to partially offset delays, however, will not allow us yet to return to a usual weekly schedule.On our MIAX service, we regularly evaluate the Apapa call. In case of omission, cargo is discharged at TICT terminal from where a barge transport to KCT terminal is available and custom clearance of Apapa cargo possible.Our dedicated team continues to work on solutions to further ease the situation.We regret any inconvenience occurring out of this situation that is beyond Hapag-Lloyd’s control.The terms of this Notice shall be read in conjunction with and without prejudice to Hapag-Lloyd’s Bill of Lading / Sea Waybill terms and conditions and the Hapag-Lloyd tariff applicable thereto.”

　　最近的一项研究表明，拉各斯的地方运输成本是加纳的特马和南非的德班的7倍多，这主要是由于港口的长时间拥堵所致。糟糕的通行道路和港口入口处漫长的等待时间常常导致长达10公里的集装箱卡车堵塞。

　　拉各斯（LAGOS）位于尼日利亚南部沿海奥贡（OGUN）河口，濒临贝宁（BENIN）湾的北侧，是尼日利亚的最大港口。

　　现为尼日利亚的经济、文化和交通中心。交通运输发达，铁路可通西北部的恩古鲁（NGURU），并经卡杜纳（KADUNA）直达哈科特港（PORT HARCOURT）。
